Dave (2022) (Medium Dry) |
5.2 |
A blend created by “Crazy Dave” and “Green Shed Dave” simply named Dave. A blend of locally sourced apples and Ashton Bitter cider apples. There is the slight acidity of the local apples but it is balanced by the cider apples and you will taste the tannins of the cider apples at the finish. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

Two Wheels (2022) (Medium) |
6.5 |
Created over a socially distanced table in the “Catherine Wheel”pub in central Newbury. This blend uses Ellis Bitter as a base then adding the stronger flavoured Prince William and balanced by my local dry cider. Sweetened to a medium you should pick out the tannic flavours of the two cider apples. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

Shed One (2022) (Medium) |
5.2 |
Shed One is the start of a journey to develop our signature cider. A blend of two Bittersweet Cider apples, Yarlington Mill and Vilberie and balanced with local dry cider. It is sweetened to a Medium. The Yarlington Mill is the dominant apple but the strong tannins are balanced with the natural acidity of the local apples. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

Berkshire Pyder (2022) (Medium) |
4.7 |
Created to represent the orchards of Berkshire where culinary apples and pears grow together. This is a blend of 80% cider and 20% Perry. The addition of the perry balances nicely removing any tartness from the local apples and elevates the flavour. This cider has also been bottle conditioned for a light sparkle. |
